PROCEDURES & PROTOCOLS
WE BELIEVE IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE, SANITIZED, AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL.
We take our role as members of your community seriously, we appreciate you reading through this message that outlines the measures we have in place to guarantee a safe salon reopening.
We will be seeing clients by appointment only. Our goal is to limit the amount of people in the salon at any given time, spacing between people in the salon will be six feet apart at minimum, except when team members are servicing clients. To accomplish this, we will modify appointment schedules accordingly; and only utilize every other station to ensure social distancing is observed. At this time we will be temporarily suspending complimentary blow drying.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENGAGE IN TOUCH-LESS GREETINGS AND GOODBYES, AS WE WILL NOT BE SHAKING HANDS OR HUGGING AT THIS TIME :(
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
1. Please bring a face mask to wear in the location at all times. To remain mindful of the environment; we are kindly asking clients to bring a reusable mask from home, in order to limit the amount of waste from disposable masks used.
2. Arrive With Clean Dry Hair, with only your personal device, bottled water, and form of payment. Please be advised we will not be checking coats or bags at this time. Your belongings must be kept on your person at all times.
3. Arrive no more than five minutes before your booked appointment, as designated waiting areas will no longer be available.
4. Please Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets we kindly ask to stay at home.
5. All clients will be asked to arrive with clean, dry hair without any styling product(s) applied
*** BEARD STYLING, AND CHILDRENS CUT SERVICES WILL BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE ***
ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:
1. You will be asked to confirm you are feeling well - no fever, cough, or difficulty breathing. And also that you have not traveled outside of the country or province in the last fourteen days.
2. Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the sanitation stations provided. It is advised to wash hands with clean water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
3. Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted in the salon (with the exception of a water bottle). Serving beverages of any kind, magazines, and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.
We appreciate the urgency to confirm your appointment(s) as soon as possible; and we are taking prepaid appointments first. Our team will be working diligently to accommodate the many changes that have occurred. Although essential, we recognize that there will be changes. We remain committed to providing an experience that is unparalleled, despite the temporary modifications we've made to our services. There will be no Covid-19 charges added to your bill, however be aware that your service may take more time and there may be added cost to your service.

We will continue to adjust to according to the circumstances. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to keep well, stay informed, and follow the advice of health care officials.
